Talent management, process management, and effective stakeholder collaboration are key drivers of operational excellence, both at the company and industry level. How does an organization go from “average” to “best-in-class”? How does the IT-BPO industry develop its capacity for providing high-value, complex services?

The answer is by adopting best practice, innovating, and investing in training and education. Third-party quality certification credibly demonstrates best practice. But with approximately 20 frameworks and standards currently in place, firms are inevitably confused. Which standards really matter? What’s the best way to implement quality processes and achieve certification? This is the classic struggle to achieve quality and process excellence.

Yet the entire Philippine IT-BPO sector must demonstrate compliance with accepted quality and process standards to ensure continued growth and progress. An industry-wide initiative could be the impetus required to guide the industry towards continually improving process and quality performance.

The Business Processing Association of the Philippines and Outsource2Philippines are pleased to announce that their third CEO Briefing of the year—Best-in-Class: Towards Operational Excellence—will provide insights into global process and quality standards, and how Philippine IT-BPO measures up.

As is customary, the CEO Forum will feature presentations and discussions led by respected IT-BPO executives, expert analysts, and ranking representatives of the quality council. Presentations will provide information not previously released publicly. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with speakers and panelists. The Best-in-Class CEO Forum will take place December 6, 2011 from 7:00 am to 11:00 am at the Tower Club, Philam Tower, Makati City.

While we accept a modest delegate fee to cover expenses, the meeting is by invitation only and is designed specifically for C-level executives—decision makers like you. We encourage you to register early for this opportunity since seats are limited.
