AYAN CHAKRABORTY
Associate Vice President, Delivery Lead & Center Head, Infosys BPO Limited

Ayan has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry covering mutual fund, banking, and financial services BPO. He has been with Infosys BPO since 2003 and began his journey here as the Operations Head for its first financial services client. He has been a significant contributor to building the BCM practice and he has helped create centers of excellence in mortgage, finance, and credit cards. He moved to Philippines in August 2010 to serve as Centre Head for Infosys BPO’s Philippine sites. Ayan also heads the global delivery for one of Infosys’s largest and strategic telecom clients. With his leadership, as of date, the Manila population has grown to 1000+ with 8 clients across US and UK.
BENEDICT HERNANDEZ
President and CEO, BPAP

Benedict Hernandez is the new BPAP president and CEO. In this role, Benedict will lead the association in pursuing its Roadmap 2016 vision of doubling the revenues of the IT-BPO industry to US$25-billion and creating 1.3 million additional jobs for Filipinos. He will also oversee its key initiatives in expanding the Philippine talent pool, maintaining a positive business environment, and fortifying the Philippines as a preferred offshore delivery location. His new role is part of his personal advocacy to reinforce the Philippines on the global outsourcing map. Concurrently, he is also the operations lead for Accenture BPO Services Delivery in the Philippines and president of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP).
MONETTE ITTURALDE-HAMLIN

Monette Iturralde-Hamlin is president and founder of TeamAsia. Monette leveraged a distinguished career in international publishing to conceptualize and create Asia's first agency dedicated exclusively to corporate identity development and non-traditional marketing communications. She developed the business and creative processes that made TeamAsia not just a pioneer in Asia, but an arbiter of industry performance standards. Monette is in high demand for her professional organizational skills, management expertise, and attention to detail. She is also a popular seminar facilitator, and delivers workshops on Presentation Skills, Business Writing, and Dealing with Difficult People. Monette's professional associations include the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines and the Philippine Association of Conference and Exhibit Organizers and Suppliers.
ALBERT MITCHELL “MITCH” LOCSIN
Vice President and Head of Corporate Relationship Management, PLDT

Mitch has over 23 years of management experience and well over 8 years of IT-BPO management practice. Presently, he is PLDT’s Vice President and Head of Corporate Relationship Management. Prior to his recent employment in PLDT, he has worked as a Global Business Development Executive and Managing Consultant of several BPO companies. Mitch also served as the Executive Director of BPAP for 3 years. He assisted in the generation of Laws and Policies affecting the Philippine ITES-BPO Industry under the Senate and was also the Philippine Executive representative in promoting the country as the BPO destination of choice in the US, European and Asian markets. Currently, he is a director of the Michelin Asia-Pacific Application Support Center and a board member and consultant for the IT-BPO Industry of TESDA. Mitch is also a member of the BPAP Advisory Council, the Philippine IT-BPO Advocacy Organization, American Chamber of Commerce, and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
TRISTAN LOVERES
Chief Operating Officer, BPAP

Tristan Loveres joined TUV Rheinland Philippines in 2006 as the Product Safety and Quality Department Manager. In 2009, he was designated as chief operating officer and since then has consistently expanded services to industrial services, mobility and lifecare. He completed two private-public partnership (PPP) projects, ROBUST PHIL (crisis and disaster management for mission critical enterprises) and EQUIP BPO (quality and information security program for the BPO sector) both with funding support from DEG, Germany. He is active in the implementation of Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE), the green building rating scheme under Philippine Green Building Council (PhilGBC).
JEFF UTHOFF
President, TELUS International Philippines

Jeffrey Uthoff has spent over two decades in the contact center sector primarily in executive operations roles, but has also enjoyed responsibility for sales management and client relationship leadership. He joined TELUS International Philippines (TIP) from IBM Global Process Services as director and country head. Concurrently, Mr. Uthoff is a board member of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP), and a dynamic speaker on various topics, including global relationships, operational excellence, and building powerful leaders.
GILLIAN VIRATA
Senior Executive Director, BPAP

Gillian Virata is the Executive Director for Information and Research at BPAP, responsible for the organization’s research service line, which involves providing industry statistics and information to the public. She oversees the publication of annual industry statistics on talent pools, IT BPO revenues and employment, and the resulting benefits to the country. Ms. Virata’s research team also takes charge of compiling the Next Wave Cities™ scorecard and annual report and the latest industry trends. She has extensive professional experience in research with reputable institutions such as the World Bank, ADB, and Ayala Corporation. She has an MA in Education from Columbia University, and a Master’s degree in International Policy and Practice from George Washington University.
