The Event
The Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPA/P) and Outsource2Philippines are organizing the first of a series of exclusive senior executive briefings in April that will take place periodically this year. Our first briefing is entitled, “Leadership and Transition in the Next Decade of BPO.” It will take place April 28, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Taipan Restaurant, Tower Club, Philamlife Tower, Makati.
The first decade of business process outsourcing (BPO) in the Philippines has been defined by continuous and rapid growth and the critical support of government through industry-friendly public policies and incentives that facilitated investment, minimized bureaucracy, and provided opportunities for sustained growth. This important milestone will be marked this year alongside transitions in the public and private sectors that will present new challenges for the industry as it attempts to extend its success through its second decade and beyond.
“Leadership and Transition in the Next Decade of BPO” will provide key insights into these challenges, and how BPOs are preparing for both broad and profound change in the industry, in leadership, and in the Philippines. The briefing will provide the venue for the presentation of the results of our latest industry survey, which addressed both the risks and the opportunities BPOs anticipate in the coming decade—and how the industry is preparing for them.
As with our previous briefings, this meeting will feature presentations by leading analysts, top industry executives, other industry experts. Each will provide their unique assessment of prospects for the coming decade and the strategic direction of the industry. The briefing will also feature an interactive panel discussion addressing the preparedness of leading companies in managing change and transition as markets evolve and demand for outsourced services becomes increasingly sophisticated.
While we accept a modest delegate fee to cover expenses, the meeting is by
invitation only and is designed specifically for C-level executives—decision
makers like you. We encourage you to register early for this opportunity since
seats are limited.
