The Philippines’ business process outsourcing (BPO) industry has evolved from a call-centric sector into an increasingly non-voice service community, demonstrating its capacity to adapt to shifting market demand as well as increasing demand for value-added services. The growth of non-voice BPO also demonstrates the Philippines’ principal competitive advantages in providing BPO services of all kinds: its talented labor, advanced infrastructure, and stable business environment.
