Behind her ventures in life is a passion for people. Angeline loves people.

As a certified Coach and Consultant of PEP (Personal Efficiency Program), she has helped employees from various organizations to improve on their performance through proper management of time, duties and priorities at work. Throughout the years of personal and group coaching, she has gained a valuable knowledge and perspective of a person's life at the workplace.

Able to understand this, she upholds the importance of striking a balance between Work and Life. As a proficient speaker, she shares to her audience the practical practices to adopt when dipped into a busy and pressure-driven environment. She believes in S.P.A.M (Stay Positively Active and Motivated) as the right formula to succeed in one's personal and professional life.

Another passion point of Angeline is communication, specifically in Cross-Cultural. As an inspiring trainer, she recognizes the importance of understanding diverse backgrounds. She believes that by having the right communication approach for every individual you meet or interact with, you are able to surpass the liabilities and troubles brought about by the unsettled natural differences.

She has acquired a wealth of experience in the international markets working with diverse cultures, and managed collaborations with Multi-Nationals, Ministries and Government Institutions in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, China, Australia and UK.

Angeline is a dynamic person with dynamic ways to engage people. She has helped many organizations and individuals at understanding the need to change, and individuals to move to a new dimension, opening new chapter in their lives. She has gained experience and exposure in the areas of organizational development and change management with major airlines such as Cathay Pacific, Qantas and British Airways.

She has twenty five years of experience in the areas of Management, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, E-Commerce, Training, Business, Consultancy and Coaching.
