Monette Iturralde-Hamlin
is the founder and president of TeamAsia, an award-winning strategic marketing
communications firm that develops corporate brand strategies, creative concepts,
and marketing and communications programs for its clients.
She
leveraged a distinguished career in international publishing to conceptualize
and create Asia's first agency dedicated exclusively to brand identity development
and non-traditional marketing communications. Monette developed the business and
creative processes that made TeamAsia not just a pioneer in Asia, but an arbiter
of industry performance.

the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPA/P), CB Richard Ellis,
the Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM), EMC, Fluor,

Monette

She oversees the execution of a wide range of highly targeted events, from exclusive
breakfast briefings for top CEOs to gala product launches to public seminars by
some of the world's top business speakers including Robert Kaplan, Philip Kotler,
and Michael E. Porter.
A popular speaker in her own right,
Monette regularly delivers workshops on business writing, presentation skills,
cross-cultural management, teambuilding, and handling difficult people. These
courses are offered regularly to the public and are typically fully subscribed.
Monette is also frequently invited to present these specialized seminars and workshops
in-house for major global brands, multilateral institutions, and government agencies.
Monette
was previously associate publisher for World Executive's Digest (WED) where
she was responsible for circulation for most of the magazine's first decade. Monette
increased WED's circulation from less than 15,000 to close to 70,000 throughout
the region, making it Asia's fastest growing English-language magazine. Monette
completed her Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology at the College of the Holy
Spirit, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Her post-graduate studies were at the Asian
Institute of Management where she completed her Master in Business Management
with Distinction.
