1992
Our Story Begins
Founded by Mike and Monette Hamlin, TeamAsia began as an events and awards management company operating across Asia. The agency quickly established itself as a pioneer in brand visibility, organizing regional conferences, awards programs, and business events.
1997
Expanding into Events and Public Relations
As client needs evolved, TeamAsia expanded into public relations and strategic communications, partnering with leading global brands and building expertise in brand visibility and reputation management.
2000s
Building Creative and Digital Expertise
TeamAsia broadened its capabilities to include creative services, branding, and website development. As the communications landscape evolved, so did the agency, helping clients navigate new platforms and opportunities to connect with their audiences.
2009
Giving Back Through My Dream in a Shoebox
Driven by a commitment to nation-building, TeamAsia launched My Dream in a Shoebox, an educational advocacy that has since delivered thousands of school supply-filled shoeboxes and scholarships to Filipino children nationwide.
2010s
A New Era of Growth
Under the leadership of new Managing Director Beatriz Lim, TeamAsia expanded its expertise across events, branding, content, digital marketing, and video storytelling. The agency also celebrated its 25th anniversary, marking over two decades of helping brands grow and thrive.
2020s
Integrated Marketing Experiences
TeamAsia strengthened its Integrated Marketing Experience approach, bringing together strategy, storytelling, digital, events, and communications to help brands navigate a rapidly changing world.
2024
Strengthening Leadership
In 2024, Beatriz Lim was appointed President and CEO, with Jeff Enriquez and Malou Martinez joining the executive leadership team as Vice Presidents for Operations and Finance. Under the new leadership team, TeamAsia continues to strengthen collaboration across its services, embrace AI-powered solutions, and expand its expertise in integrated marketing consultancy.

Founded by TeamAsia in 2009, My Dream in a Shoebox is our flagship education advocacy that helps Filipino children gain better access to learning. What began with 200 shoeboxes filled with school supplies for children under the care of Dynamic Teen Company has grown into a nationwide initiative supported by partners, volunteers, and communities.
Today, the program goes beyond school supplies. It provides scholarships, supports learning hubs, and equips students with the tools they need to stay in school and pursue their dreams. Through My Dream in a Shoebox, we continue to invest in education because we believe every child deserves the opportunity to build a better future.
Sustainability is integral to TeamAsia's work. Through Project LIVE and our Green Events practices, we reduce waste, promote responsible resource use, and integrate sustainable solutions into our events and day-to-day operations. By making thoughtful choices in planning and execution, we help clients create meaningful experiences with a lighter environmental footprint.
