APAA – Event Website

TeamAsia designed and developed the APAA 2024 website as the primary digital hub for international delegates attending the 76th Council Meeting in the Philippines. We created the site architecture, UI/UX designs, and content system across key sections, including the programme, registration, accommodations, tours, and destination information. The platform also integrated online registration, step-by-step guides, and a secure delegate portal for accessing participant information and event materials. Following the initial two-month development phase, we managed continuous content and schedule updates over a 10-month maintenance period. The website successfully supported 1,366 delegates from 71 countries, delivering a secure, intuitive, and culturally vibrant experience aligned with the event’s branding.
