BPI engaged TeamAsia to organize the fourth BPI CyberProtect Conference, designed to strengthen collaboration among the public, bank employees, and law enforcement under the theme “Defend as One: Building a United Front Towards Consumer Protection.” TeamAsia delivered end-to-end event management, covering visual identity and collateral development, budget and supplier management, registration, speaker coordination, program production, venue logistics, technical setup, and event documentation. The conference convened government, private-sector, law-enforcement, and academic stakeholders through plenary discussions, CyberAcademy sessions, and targeted breakout tracks.
TeamAsia successfully managed 353 pre-registrations and welcomed 232 attendees while keeping operations within the approved ₱1.7 million budget. The result was a cohesive, smoothly executed conference that advanced BPI’s commitment to unified cybersecurity and consumer protection.
