TeamAsia wins Best B2B Online Ad Award at the 12th Internet Advertising Competition

(Manila, Philippines, April 21, 2014) — Strategic marketing communications firm TeamAsia was awarded the Best B2B Online Ad for developing the DTSI Group banner ad. The award was given by the Web Marketing Association (WMA) through the 12th Internet Advertising Competition (IAC), an annual event that aims to recognize and showcase exemplary online advertisements in their respective industries.

The banner ad is designed to attract DTSI Group’s potential business-to-business client to ensure continued investment and operational success in the Philippines. The DTSI Group provides seamless services to multinational companies, SMEs, and new businesses. It also offers communications, executive staffing and recruitment, facility, and technology solutions.

“Internet advertising is becoming the next big thing especially in the Philippines where businesses are driven by Internet connectivity and accessibility. TeamAsia has been pioneering in integrating technology in campaigns and strategies we develop for our clients and we ensure that we are at the forefront in every innovation,” shared Bea Lim, TeamAsia managing director.

The banner ad was created by a team composed of Jeff Enriquez, web development director; John Gonzalez, creative director; Darell Sapin, senior web developer; and copywriters Rose Mananghaya and Sophie Nakasako.

Competition judges represented the best in the Internet advertising community and have an in-depth knowledge of online advertising practices and trends. The winners were chosen on the bases of creativity, innovation, impact, design, copywriting, use of the medium, and memorability.

In December 2013, TeamAsia won the Best Information Services Mobile Application award at the WMA’s Mobile Web Award for the mobile app it developed for the 5th International Outsourcing Summit. TeamAsia also bagged the WMA’s Marketing Standard of Excellence award for developing the Pilipinas Go4Health website, www.go4health.ph, of the Philippine Department of Health (DOH).

“It is indeed a unique feat for us to be recognized as the best in the industry. The team is more than grateful for it. We will continue to use effective platforms, such as the Internet, in engaging relevant stakeholders on behalf of our clients,” added Lim.
