StarTek Launches Employee Perks Program

Manila, Philippines (June 8, 2010) — High-value business process outsourcing (BPO) service provider StarTek recently launched StarTek Employee Perks, an innovative set of incentives presented with partners offering entertainment, dining, and health and fitness products and services. The program was developed to reward agents and other employees for superior performance.

StarTek Employee Perks provides discounts and freebies to the company’s employees. The program is meant to encourage maintaining and continually improving productivity ratings, show appreciation for top performers, and attract new hires. The perks are part of a company initiative to engage and reward employees both in and out of the office.
