GAIN Virtual Conference
Challenge
The Government Academe Industry Network, Inc. (GAIN) holds a virtual conference annually. Due to the COVID-19, physical or on-ground events have been halted. As education was one of the hardest hit industries in effect of the pandemic, there was a need to push for a discussion on the plans to best tackle the challenge education faced.
Game Plan
TeamAsia was tasked to aid in managing and helping promote the Government Academe Industry Network (GAIN) Virtual Conference which was held on June 10, 2020, with over 2,000 stakeholders. The Government Academe Industry Network (GAIN) Virtual Conference focused on the impact of COVID-19 on Filipino global competitiveness and discussed recommendations on how we can adapt, and what types of partnerships we can have to best tackle the COVID-19 challenge together.
Speakers from the public and private sector spoke on how their plans complement each other, and shared their insights on how to best navigate the different initiatives being done by the government, the academe, and industry associations.
