TECH DEVELOPER (Full Time)
TeamAsia is looking for a detail-oriented and versatile Tech Developer to join our technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing our web presence and client-facing digital assets. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who is comfortable managing multiple tasks while ensuring high standards of quality and performance across our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Theme & Plugin Setup: Install, configure, and customize industry-standard themes (e.g., Elementor Pro, Divi, or Gutenberg-based blocks) to meet project requirements.
- Maintenance & Updates: Perform routine core, theme, and plugin updates while ensuring site stability and preventing “breaking changes”.
- Front-End Tweaks: Utilize HTML and CSS to resolve layout issues and ensure sites are fully responsive across both mobile and desktop platforms.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical errors, plugin conflicts, and basic hosting/DNS issues.
- Content Management: Assist the team in uploading, formatting, and managing blog posts, landing pages, and content listings.
- Quality Assurance: Execute rigorous testing across major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Foundation: A solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic PHP (the core engine of WordPress) is required.
- WordPress proficiency: Demonstrated familiarity with the WordPress Dashboard, the Gutenberg editor, and experience working with “Media Library” and “Permalink” structures. Knowledge of Divi 5 and / or Elementor pro is a big plus.
- JavaScript Knowledge: Ability to understand or implement simple JS/jQuery snippets to enhance UI elements.
- UI/UX Awareness: A foundational understanding of UI/UX principles, with a sharp eye for detail (e.g., identifying blurry images or off-center elements).
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple small tasks efficiently without losing focus.
- Experience: We welcome applications from fresh graduates from BSIT / Computer Science / Web Development courses or individuals with at least one year of experience in the field.
