Uplifting Service, formerly known as UP Your Service, is a Customer Service Culture Training Program by Ron Kaufman. The Uplifting Service website was due for an update that should help in strengthening awareness about the brand and service while generating leads.

Game Plan

TeamAsia was tasked with improving both the Uplifting Service and Ron Kaufman websites and SEO performance to aid in the brand’s goal.
TeamAsia provided website development and maintenance as well as on-page and off-page optimization to improve the brand’s searchability in Google.

Results

Both the Uplifting Service and Ron Kaufman websites saw increased traffic in the website as a result of improvements done to the user experience and SEO of the website making this easier to browse. In 2020, there was an increase in organic traffic with a session conversion rate of 17%.
